RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • No exchanges/refunds on pierced jewellery (earrings) due to hygiene reasons.

  • If you change your mind about a product, you can exchange the item in up to 7 days after the day of shipping, as long as the item is returned in perfect condition and original packaging.

  • We will only swap or exchange items as long as we have them available in stock, if the item is not available, it can be exchanged for another available product of the same value.

  • We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Shipping is not included on purchases.

  • Standard shipping Australia Wide 2-5 business days AU$8.95

  • Express shipping Australia Wide next business day AU$11.95

  • International Standard Shipping 7-12 business days - AU$22.00

  • International Express Shipping 3-5 business days - AU$49.00

WARRANTY

  • All products have 6 months warranty against manufacturing faults, which in that case, a full refund will be issued as long as the item is returned. Shipping charges are not included. 

  • Proof of purchase is required. 

ORDERING, PAYMENT AND SECURITY

  • Full payment of your order is required prior to shipping.  We accept payments by Paypal, Afterpay, Laybuy and all credit cards. Your payment is made with secure shopping.
